2010 China Cheerleading Open to be held 11 December 2010 in Beijing, People's Republic of China.

2010 China Cheerleading Open to be held 11 December 2010 in Beijing, People's Republic of China.

This event will tie in a 1 day competition event for Chinese television, and also sightseeing tours including the Great Wall of China and the Forbidden City (and more) for teams traveling to the event.

ICU is working closely with the China Sports Authorities on this very important event, and more details will follow shortly. However, for planning purposes, in the meantime we have enclosed the "tentative" basic schedule of events to assist teams preparing for this seminal weekend of cheerleading in China.

More details to follow, and subject to change; but enclosed is the basic plan of events:

Thursday, 9 December 2010 - Teams arrive in Beijing, check into hotel.
Friday, 10 December 2010 - Team Open Practice, city tour of Beijing/shopping
Saturday, 11 December 2010 - 2010 China Cheerleading Open Championship
Sunday, 12 December 2010 - Teams tour the Forbidden City, Summer Palace
Monday, 13 December 2010 - Teams leave Beijing to tour The Great Wall of China, return to hotel.
Tuesday, 14 December 2010 - Teams depart Beijing
